Who We Are

Margaret Duskin, President of Orion Commercial, was Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield for over 30 years. She leads and coordinates service providers in finance, design, legal advisors and construction management. She is recognized as a market leader in office leasing and project marketing. Margaret has sold or leased over 10 million square feet of office and retail property. Her real estate career includes commercial property consulting services as Senior Manager for Ernst & Young LLP and brokerage management, as president of a regional firm. With this advisory and executive experience, Margaret works with her clients on a higher level of business challenges and creative solutions using an insightful, consultative approach. She specializes in complex lease structures, advanced lease negotiation, and corporate strategic planning. Her thoughtful and expert client communication, and analytic document negotiation skills result in positive solutions for her corporate clients. Margaret is an alumna of University of San Francisco and Stanford’s Advanced Management College. She is a California-licensed real estate broker and a LEED GA professional.
